Flights
A direct flight was not in the cards for this trip. However, a group booking was made on the following flights
CLE - MDW - Southwest 2187 - Depart 7:00AM Arrive 7:15AM
MDW - LAS - Southwest 3235 - Depart 9:20AM Arrive 11:15AM
Hotel
"Home Base" will be the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, however this doesn't mean you have to stay there. Feel free to stay at any of the other awesome resorts on the beautiful Las Vegas Strip!
Pickup from Airport
We have secured motorcoach transportation from the airport to the Bellagio. We have the coach for 3 hours (when we our wheels down) we will pick up our bags, make our way to the bus which will take us to the liquor store to pick up our road beverages and whatever else we may want for our stay. We have the coach for a total of 3 hours. We will try to stop at the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign for a quick photo op and then make our way up/down the strip. We have a total of 3 hours.
Fear not, the coach does have restroom facilities on board (We will confirm that prior to leaving Cleveland).
BOOZE!!!
In the 2019 and 2021 versions of this trip, we placed an online order at Total Wine & More. More than likely if you are on the motorcoach we will do the same. We could go in, pick up or order and get out fairly quickly.Â
Yes, that is the haul from the 2019 trip. 6 handles of Tito's 3 handles of Ketel, etc... We ordered too much club soda (note to self). There were no photos of the 2021 booze haul...
The Magicians Study
One of the things that Josh and Adrianne did in October 2022 and NORO in Vegas 4.0 (2023) was go to the Magicians Study. This is an intimate setting that is hidden in Las Vegas. The magic is all slight of hand and up close and personal. Josh has reached out to see if there are any group ticket sales avalable or how that would work.
